The Seminole County Grand Jury indicted Brandon S. Hughes on first-degree murder by delivery of a controlled substance on Tuesday.

On June 26, Caroline Ralph was found unresponsive at her family’s house. She was taken to a hospital, but, according to authorities, stopped breathing on the way, and died.

One of Ralph’s friend’s Alex Lindsey, 27, deliver the drugs and was charged in her death.

Lindsey entered a plea and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and five years of probation.

Authorities say several leads in their investigation identified Hughes as another suspect in supplying the drugs.

Officials say he will be returned to Seminole County to face the murder charge.
