We had a cooler Thursday afternoon under sunny skies. High temperatures were only able to climb into the upper 60s to low 70s. With clear skies and light winds overnight, temperatures will be cold early Friday morning.

Temperatures for most will fall into the mid low 40s. Areas in Marion and Flagler County will even make it down into the 30s, which may spark some patchy frost.

We’ll continue to see plenty of sunshine for the end of our work week. Temperatures will start to warm back up as we head into the weekend. Our next chance of rain moves in Saturday.

After the chilly start to our Friday, we’ll warm up nicely under plenty of sunshine. Highs will climb into the mid to low 70s. We’ll continue to warm back up this weekend, with temperatures back in the low 80s Saturday.

We do have another system that will approach early this weekend, increasing the chance for showers and storms. Right now, the best chance for rain will be late in the day on Saturday and continue into early Sunday.

Our next chance of rain moves in Saturday. Ocean conditions look good for Friday, although a moderate rip current risk will stick around.
