An Ocala man has been arrested on hit and run charges after a fatal pedestrian accident in Lake County.

A bicyclist was hit and killed on County Road 452 Thursday night.
Troopers said the bicyclist was hit by two vehicles. The first vehicle, driven by Jennifer Mendoza, 41, stopped, however, the second vehicle took off.
Troopers asked the community for help in locating the second vehicle and driver that hit Antwan Bailey, 31.
With the help of Bellview police, troopers located a 2010 Nissan Altima and Matthew Downing, 26, in Marion County.
Downing was booked into the Lake County jail Friday and charged with a 1st degree felony for leaving the scene of a crash involving death.
