On Saturday, Dec. 9, police say 20-year-old Jonathan Montaque was lurking in a women's restroom stall.
A 9-year-old girl and her 4-year-old brother walked inside the bathroom, where they spotted the man with cell phone camera in hand.
The children ran outside right away and told a clerk what happened. The kid's mother was in the photo department and permitted the pair to go to the restroom.
Montaque was able to flee the store, but security cameras recorded him.
He was arrested Tuesday, charged with video voyeurism and being held on $10,000 bond.
He’s banned from the Walgreens and cannot video tape anyone.
