A 70-year-old Ocoee man was stabbed several times during an attack at his home Sunday afternoon, according to police.
Gregory Hood, 25, was arrested Sunday night and charged with attempted murder and assault.
Police responded to a home on Leslie Ann Lane. Officers found the older man lying in the grass with multiple stab wounds.
Police searched for Hood, who was found a “short distance away” from the scene.
The older man was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
Hood is being held at the Orange County Jail without bond.
