Deputies hope surveillance video from one of the businesses will help them find the thieves.

The owner of Enver’s European Auto says the thieves tried to ram through a fence at his dealership on Sunday night.

They didn’t get through it, but that didn’t stop them from walking in and taking a look at some cars.

“When they could not open the gate, it was useless to them,” said owner Enver Fejzic.

The thieves did smash some windows, including one at the dealership’s front office.  But Fejzic says they weren’t able to get the keys to cars on the lot.

“Most likely they were thinking if it was open they could take it, but they didn’t have a chance to get in the office and grab the key,” Fejzic said.

Fejzic said the thieves stole a couple of cars from a business near him earlier in the weekend.

“I’m hoping they catch them so nobody else gets their things (stolen),” he said.

The thieves were brazen, but Fejzic is thankful they didn’t hurt anyone.

“I’m happy me and my family are safe. Nobody was here when they did it,” Fejzic said.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the break-ins. If you have any information, SCSO encourages you to give their office a call.
