We didn’t see a lot of rain for our Friday, but it was still on the gloomy side with cloud cover sticking around.

Now that low pressure is moving away from Central Florida, drier air has started to move in.

We’ll begin to clear the clouds overnight, leading us into a much sunnier weekend.

Temperatures will remain below average both Saturday and Sunday, in the mid to low 70s. With winds out of the north following the area of low pressure, drier and cooler air will move south overnight.

We’ll decrease in cloud cover as we head toward daybreak with temperatures in the 50s.

Rain will stay away this weekend with sunny skies expected for Saturday and Sunday and even a good portion of next week.

Temperatures will remain below average the next few days, in the mid to low 70s, before warming up slightly early next work week.

In the tropics, no development is expected. The season ends Nov. 30.
