The Leesburg Police Department is searching for a shooter who sent a man to the hospital overnight.

Police said the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday at the Shamrock Bar and Lounge, located at 1120 W North Blvd.
According to police, an altercation began inside the bar and spilled out into the parking lot, where a 39-year-old male was shot in the abdomen.
Police said the shooter fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center and was last listed in critical but stable condition.
Police have not released a suspect description yet and are continuing to investigate the shooting.
