The week-long event is filled with industry news and announcements.

Thousands of companies will be on hand to show off the latest in amusement park rides and attractions, which could eventually end up at a local theme park.

About 32,000 people are expected to attend the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions’ expo, which kicks off this week at the Orange County Convention Center.

Attendees can try new rides and foods, as well as hear from industry leaders and designers.

SeaWorld and Legoland will also be at the expo to share previews of their upcoming attractions.

One of the most popular new technologies expected to be shown this year is virtual-reality.

Many theme parks, including SeaWorld, have added VR components to their rides.

Next year, Legoland is scheduled to debut The Great Lego Race, a roller coaster that uses VR technology.

The trade show is not open to the public.

IAAPA runs Nov. 14 through Nov. 17.
