Saturday evening featured mostly cloudy skies and just a few spotty showers along the coast. The clouds will remain overnight, along with a coastal shower possible.

  • Temps in mid to upper 80s on Sunday
  • Cold front moves in late Monday night
  • All is quiet in the tropics

Overnight lows will be in the low 70s.

Better rain chances are still on track for Sunday. Deep moisture returns to the area, producing more clouds and a much better chance for scattered showers. Highs for Sunday will again be warm, with temps in the mid to upper 80s.

The moisture will remain in place for Monday as a strong cold front moves into the area. This will keep clouds in the area and a decent chance of scattered showers.

Temps will be in the low to mid 80s.

The cold front will move in late Monday night into the daytime hours on Tuesday. We'll see scattered showers in association with the front, along with breezy conditions. Highs for Tuesday will be in the low 80s.

Much cooler and less humid air is on track to arrive on Wednesday, with sunshine and highs only in the low 70s. Overnight lows will tumble in the 50s.

Temps will hold in the 70s and low 80s for the back end of next week.

In the tropics, all remains quiet in the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and the open waters of the Atlantic. No major activity is expected over the next five days.
