Volusia County authorities are investigating after a woman said she was raped by a man she met on the dating app Tinder.

The incident occurred Saturday night, according to a police report sent to media outlets Wednesday.
A deputy responded to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City and met with the woman.
She told authorities she met the man Saturday at West French Avenue and Becker Boulevard, near Blue Spring State Park, and that he "sexually battered her in his vehicle."
The woman said her friends took her to the hospital after she told them what happened.
No charges have been filed, but the woman told the deputy she wished to pursue charges.
