Several witnesses testified on Monday at the Saint Augustine courthouse.
One witness says Toledo woke him up early to help him move Yessenia Suarez’s car, on the morning that she and her children disappeared.
That man described Toledo's behavior that morning.
"He was kinda frantic. He was driving looking around looking back and forth. He didn’t speak much. He said he snapped,” Tyshawn Jackson, a neighbor, said.
Toledo’s half-brother says he showed up to his home upset, but he thought he and his wife were just having an argument.
Investigators also took the stand to show cleaning products and items from Toledo's wife’s car that were found in a dumpster.
