Here's your Central Florida area weather forecast for late Wednesday into Thursday morning and through end of day Friday.

Deeper dry air moves in for Thursday, keeping rain out of the forecast and will even help to drop the humidity slightly. Rain chances will start to increase Friday as moisture moves back in.

Mostly clear skies are in the forecast through the overnight hours. Expect quiet conditions as we head toward daybreak with lows around 70 degrees.

Thursday will continue to be dry with only a slim chance for a stray shower. Temperatures will mainly be in the mid to upper 80s with a few spots reaching 90 degrees -- still unseasonably warm for this time of year.

The good news is that the dry air will knock the humidity back a bit, so it will not feel quite as hot as the past few days. Moisture over south Florida will start to spread north Friday, increasing the chance for showers.

The potential for rain will increase even more this weekend. Highs will stay in the mid to upper 80s.

In the tropics, we are continuing to watch Ophelia well out in the Atlantic. This storm has the potential to increase in intensity, but will bring no impacts to the United States. No other areas of development are expected in the next five days.
