Temperatures early Monday morning were cold again, in the upper 30s to around 40 degrees. Under mostly sunny skies, we were able to warm into the mid to low 60s for the afternoon.

We’ll continue to warm back up over the next couple of days, even to around 80 degrees by Thursday. No major weather systems will disrupt our week as it looks like the weather will stay quiet through the weekend.

Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast through the overnight hours. Temperatures will not be as cold, but will still fall to around 50 degrees. A stray coastal shower will continue to be possible as we head toward daybreak on Tuesday.

Tuesday will be a seasonable day with easterly winds helping to warm temperatures into the low 70s.

These easterly winds will be responsible for sending some clouds inland and also a stray shower. The chance for rain is low and mainly along the east coast. The rest of the week will remain quiet as temperatures continue to climb.

Beach conditions are expected to remain rough this week with choppy waters and an elevated rip current risk.
