Let's see what Central Florida's weather looks like heading into the weekend:

  • Areas of fog late tonight
  • Otherwise generally mild weather into next week
  • Isolated showers possible along the coast
  • SEE BELOW: See our 7-day forecast

It was an unseasonably warm Thursday afternoon with temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 70s. This puts us well above the average of 71 degrees. Weather conditions will stay similar for our Friday and right on into the weekend.

Expect a mix of sun and clouds, an isolated coastal shower, and warm temperatures approaching 80 degrees.

Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast through the overnight hours. Temperatures will be mild, falling only into the upper 50s to low 60s.

An isolated coastal shower will continue to be possible as we head toward daybreak, along with the potential for some inland fog.

There is a slight chance for a few showers to round out our work week. The overall chance is low and will only consist of some light rain.

Otherwise, we’ll see partly sunny skies and warm temperatures in the mid to upper 70s. More sunshine is in store for the weekend with unseasonably warm temperatures sticking around. Close to 80 degrees for the next several days.

While surf conditions will be poor to fair throughout the day on Friday, there will still be a moderate rip current risk. Breezy winds will also keep a bit of a chop on the ocean and waterway.
