A police chase that started out in Osceola County and ended Orange County on Wednesday was not related to the manhunt for accused shooter Markeith Loyd, according to deputies.

Jeffrey McCoy, 42, was wanted for felony property crimes in Osceola County, deputies said.

He was found in Orange County near Land Street and Orange Blossom Trail.

The chase ended near State Road 408 and John Young Parkway on Wednesday afternoon, after McCoy crashed his vehicle into a truck and a fence, an Orange County Sheriff's Office deputy said.

McCoy is facing charges or attempted murder of an Osceola County deputy, aggravated assault on three deputies and charges for fleeing and eluding Orange County deputies.

McCoy was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Nobody in the truck that McCoy crashed into was hurt.
