Casselberry Police are asking for help from the community to identify two men seen on surveillance video during a recent burglary of a gun store.

  • Southern Guns on US Highway 17-92 robbed
  • 22 guns stolen
  • Original suspects in police investigation not involved

Authorities say the suspects stole 22 guns from Southern Guns on U.S. Highway 17-92. Police released images taken from store video showing the men, hoping that that they might be recognizable to members of the community.

“This is a priority and we are asking the community to watch this video and view the pictures to see if they recognize the individuals recorded by the store’s surveillance,” Chief Larry Krantz said.

The department also provided the following descriptions of the suspects:

  • Suspect 1: White male, thin to medium build, approximately 5’ 9’’, dark and wearing a cast on his right wrist. Additionally, he was seen wearing a black Puma hoodie with a light blue logo and light blue on the inside of the hoodie.
  • Suspect 2: White male, thin, approximately 5’8”, wearing a black hat with a gold emblem or sticker on top of the bill and Puma shoes with white trim.

Officers asked that community members contact Det. Chris Rich at 407-262-7616, extension 1074 or CrimeLine at 1-800-423-TIPS(8477) if they had any information regarding the incident or the suspects.

“This is a public safety concern and we appreciate the community’s help identifying the individuals who perpetrated this crime,” Krantz said.
