A Kissimmee man wanted for sexually battering a child has been arrested, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

  • Carlos Salazar, 54, is charged with 3 counts of capital sexual battery
  • Deputies say he sexually battered a girl
  • Salazar was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond

Carlos Salazar was arrested June 15 and charged with three counts of capital sexual battery.

Deputies began their investigation of Salazar in April after receiving information about possible sexual abuse.  The 13-year-old victim told investigators that Salazar sexually battered and inappropriately touched her several times when she was between 9 and 12 years old.

A felony warrant was issued for Salazar’s arrest. He was located at a home in the 700 block of Hacienda Circle in Kissimmee.

Salazar was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
