Police have identified the person who was killed in a shooting at a Clermont shopping plaza.
Andrew Da’Von Jones, 21, of Clermont was shot and killed Friday night in the parking lot of the East Towne Center Plaza near East State Road 50, police said.
Investigators are now looking for the vehicle he was last known to be driving. The vehicle is a white 2012 Volkswagen CC with Florida tag number N913QI. It may be missing part of the front bumper and may be in the Orange County area, Clermont Police said. Anyone who spots this vehicle is asked not to approach it but to call police immediately.
A witness reported seeing a white car fleeing the area, but investigators aren’t sure whether it’s the same vehicle.
No other information has been released at this time.
