When life gives you a second chance, you pay it forward. That's the philosophy South Daytona business owner Clint Lee has embraced and now he and his entire company is doing exactly that.

Lee said he believes in second chances.

"I myself got a second chance along the way in my own personal life and I feel like giving that opportunity back to people is really rewarding," Lee said.

In fact, he built an entire business on helping people rebuild their lives. Whether it's the employees they hire or the clients that call into Call Core Media looking for jobs and long term careers.

This year Call Core Media in South Daytona is taking it a step further. They held a food drive for 10 families through a local nonprofit and now they are collecting toys for 15 local kids who otherwise might not get presents for the holidays.

"We've already got a huge box. Basically the first day people brought in we already got a large box of toys, we're probably going to wind up in a position where we're going to find some other charities to give to," Lee said.

He wants Call Core Media to be an uplifting place to work. Inside the call center, you'll find encouraging quotes on the walls and competitive games. The toy drive is part of that. The employee that brings in the most toys gets a new Samsung tablet.

While the bottom line is doing what they all do best: helping others.

"Profits and margins and all that stuff is one thing, but when you can give back to your local community. That's where the real reward comes in for myself and whole management team," said Lee.
