The Delta IV rocket is carrying the WGS-8 satellite for the U.S. Air Force. WGS-8 is a global communications satellite.

Wednesday's launch window opens at 6:53 p.m. and closes at 7:42 p.m. The rocket will launch from Space Launch Complex 37.
