Creamy or crunchy peanut butter?

It really didn't matter on Friday when a handful of Orange County students made about 2,500 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

It was part of an event called the "Peanut Butter and Jelly Jam." Students at Edgewater High School in Orlando made the sandwiches for homeless men, women and children.

The students said the best part of the event was joining their friend to help others.

It's the third year Edgewater High School students held the event.

Later this month, the students plan to gather holiday gifts for the homeless, as well.
