This story first appeared as part of the Florida on a Tankful Holiday Spectacular.

In the shadow of painted, snowcapped mountains that you would find in Austria awaits a sledding hill calling to 4-year-old Taylor Fallon.

"It's like you're going on a roller coaster," Taylor proclaimed with excitement.

Wearing her snow boots, this ball of energy moves just as fast as the slides made of snow.

"I like this!" Taylor said in the middle of her first TV interview. "Mommy, one time I want to go on this again."

Taylor played in the snow on Gaylord Palm's Alpine Racer, thanks to Santa's elves delivering snow indoors.

"They sneaked into the hotel and they bring it to us for a present," Taylor said.

New snow appears on the eight slides each morning. Riders grab a tube and head to the rafters of the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. When asked how many times she will go around, Taylor offers a definitive answer.

"One hundred, or something," she said.

The slides are short, but can pack a thrill like people up north enjoy. And this event isn't only for the kids.

At night, Alpine Rush takes on an entire different vibe when it goes disco! A light show and dance music play for the older crowd, creating "Cosmic Snow Tubing."

Both Alpine Rush and Cosmic Snow Tubing run through Jan. 1, 2017.
