A major drug raid has led to the arrests of four people.

  • 4 people arrested and charged iwth dealing heroin, cocaine
  • The raid happened Thursday on Cleburne Road in Orange County
  • 1 man is a person of interest in missing-person case

Frederick Dorr, Danny Hampton, Beth Farber and James Dellafield are all charged with dealing heroin and cocaine.

Investigators are still looking for George Materazzi in connection to the case.

Dellafield is also a person of interest in the missing-person case involving Tia Bonta.

Earlier this summer, Bonta disappeared after her father said he saw her getting into a car with Dellafield.

One of the other men arrested, Dorr, is the man taken into custody Thursday during an FBI raid on Cleburne Road in Orange County.

In that raid, Oscar Capps said FBI investigators knocked on his door then zip-tied his arms and put him into a van.

He said that's when he realized the agents were probably looking for his next door neighbor.

"I kept trying to tell them he's next door — you all are looking for the guy next door — and nobody would listen to me," Capps said.

Capps said deputies also forced his 7-year-old on the ground and zip-tied the arms of a 71-year-old woman who was also inside.

It's important to note, the FBI said it had a valid arrest and search warrant for Capps' home, but agents ended up finding the person they were looking for at the home next door. The FBI also said if Capps has to make any repairs to his home, he can apply for reimbursement from the agency.
