Disney is changing the release dates for two upcoming Pixar sequels.

“Toy Story 4” will now be released on June 21, 2019 (the original release date for “The Incredibles” sequel), while “The Incredibles 2” opens on June 15, 2018.

The bad news is “Toy Story 4” has been pushed back a year. The good news: “The Incredibles 2” will hit theaters a year early.

According to reports, the switch was because production on “The Incredibles 2” is ahead of schedule. Brad Bird (“Ratatouille,” “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol”) is returning to the director’s chair for the sequel.

“The Incredibles” was released in 2004 and grossed a little more than $633 million internationally at the box office.

The last installment in the Toy Story franchise, “Toy Story 3,” was released in 2010.
