FHP troopers are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash on U.S. 441 in Osceola County Sunday.
- Incident took place on U.S. 441 at Canoe Creek Road
- Motorcycle left the roadway, rider ejected
- Crash remains under investigation
Troopers said the incident occurred on U.S. 441 at Canoe Creek Road around noon.
The motorcycle rider, Joseph Demma, 73, of West Palm Beach, was traveling south when the motorcycle for reasons unknown left the roadway. Demma was ejected from the bike and suffered serious injuries. Troopers reported he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Medical personnel airlifted Demma to Holmes Regional, where he died.
The crash remains under investigation.
