Police in Altamonte Springs on Monday released the identities of the couple found dead a day earlier in what they think was a murder-suicide.
Brianne Ortt, 37, and Samuel Martin, 40, were both found with gunshot wounds to the head in the 300 block of Cedarbrook Lane, in the Sanlando Villas neighborhood, just after 11:30 a.m.
Neighbors said Ortt lived at the home with a child, and a man visited her often.
Investigators think the shooting was an isolated incident. Detectives said Ortt and Martin appeared to be in a romantic relationship and that Martin shot Ortt, then shot himself.
The investigation is ongoing.
