Four people were injured in a crash on Interstate 4 in Orlando Thursday morning, according to the Orlando Police Department.

At 3:08 a.m., police officers responded to a crash with injuries near the State Road 408 overpass on I-4 eastbound.
Two vehicles had extensive damage.
According to investigators, one of the vehicles entered the South Street I-4 exit ramp in the wrong direction. It traveled for one mile before colliding head-on with a vehicle traveling eastbound.
The four people involved in the crash were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
All lanes of I-4 eastbound were closed for nearly an hour while investigators cleared the scene.
OPD says it is still trying to determine if alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash.
