It's time once again for the annual The Holy Land Experience free admission day
This year's free admission day will take place Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016
Owned by the California-based Trinity Broadcasting Network, the Holy Land Experience is required to offer free admission to the public one day each year under a Florida law that guarantees the theme park a property-tax exemption as a religious entity. That exemption saves the park roughly $300,000 a year in taxes to Orange County.
In years past, thousands of guests have flocked to the Christian theme park on its annual free admission day, in some cases backing up traffic on I-4 for miles.
