A Leesburg man was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of child pornography.
Matthew James Phillips, 26, was taken into custody by Florida Department of Law Enforcement Agents, who served a search warrant at his home and found a computer being used to download child porn, FDLE said.
Phillips was booked into the Lake County Jail without bond.
