The man accused of killing his estranged girlfriend in front of their 3-year old child is under arrest.
Deputies say 33-year old Travis Bivins shot and killed 45-year-old Linda Lake.
Bivins is charged with first degree murder with a firearm.
The shooting happened Saturday afternoon in front of a home on Rubens Court in Pine Hills.
