A house party gets out of control, and someone opens fire on a deputy trying to keep the peace.

It’s every neighbor’s worst nightmare but it happened this weekend in the Crystal Cove neighborhood in Kissimmee.

“Well, basically it looked like a normal family gathering at one of the rental properties. It got a little more louder and it looked—no exaggeration- like a hundred cars,” said Crystal Cove resident, Isaiah Williams.

One neighbor even explained they saw several guns once the party began to get rowdy, and that’s when they called the police.

Williams, who told us he was shocked and freaked out by the sudden crowd, said it was a relief to see the cops pull up.

“The police came in and you just saw people dispersing you saw people jump in the yard over the fence,” he explained.

That’s when police say they saw cars speed off down the road. They tracked down one of those cars. As a sheriff’s deputy attempted to pull the car over, someone began shooting at him. Fortunately the deputy walked away unharmed.

The three men identified as being in the car at the time of the shooting incident were; 20-year-old Stephen Dantzler, 20-year-old Christopher Rodriguez-Jimenez and 21-year-old Lee Castaneda.

They were arrested and charged with the attempted murder of a law enforcement agent. Currently they are being held at the Osceola County jail, without bond.
