The man accused of killing a Mims woman in a Titusville apartment last month is in custody.
Titusville police said they arrested Quentin Woodruff around 10 p.m. Friday in Port. St. John.
Woodruff is accused of second-degree murder in the death of Brandee Kelley, 25, on June 30. Police said she was shot and killed as stood near a sliding glass door at Emerald Place Apartments.
Evidence linked Kelley's death to her estranged boyfriend. Police said witnesses heard Kelley yell "no quentin" seconds before she was shot.
