The nearest exit before crash is at mile 296, to County Road 470. Northbound traffic was reduced to one lane near the crash before all lanes on both sides reopened around 6:30 p.m.

Troopers said a woman was transported to Leesburg Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. Three other people were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.
