An investiation is underway after a man was found dead Monday morning inside a burning home in Melbourne.
The fire was reported at a home along the 700 block of Ebony Street.
A man's body was found in the back bedroom of the home. The cause of the fire or the man's death is unknown.
The State Fire Marshal's Office has been called in to investigate. A cat has also been reported missing from the home.
