A 28-year-old man was killed after the dump truck he was driving overturned Monday in Lake County.
The crash happened around 12:46 p.m. Monday near Jalarmy Road and Lake Minneola Shores, in Clermont.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ryan Witt, of Geneva, was driving eastbound on Lake Minneola Shores, when he lost control and drove onto the shoulder, crashing into a tree.
The dump truck overturned, and Witt was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, troopers said.
