A stray bullet went through the window of a downtown Orlando building where the Morgan & Morgan law firm's call center is located after gunfire broke out early Tuesday morning, police said.

An Orlando police officer was flagged down around 2:33 a.m. near a parking lot at 38 W. Washington St., stating there was a fist fight.

According to a report, the officer heard about eight to 10 shots that came from the same parking lot.

"It should be noted the parking lot was full of patrons leaving (The Beacham), and there were hundreds of people within the immediate area," a report states.

Several other police officers arrived to the area and cleared the scene. No victims are suspects were located, a report states.

A bullet broke a window on the 14th floor of the Wells Fargo Building (20 N. Orange Ave.), but no one was injured inside the building, a report states. The 14th floor is occupied by the Morgan & Morgan law firm. The bullet hit the area where the law firm's call center is located, which is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

There were employees inside the call center when the bullet went through the window, Matt Morgan said. The damage was estimated to be about $5,000, police said.

Small amounts of blood were located on the ground in front of the rear exit of Independent Bar, which is along East Washington Street, but it's unclear if the blood is related to the shots that were fired.

Orlando's cameras observed a dark-colored Honda Accord leaving the same parking lot at a high rate of speed, but police said it's not clear if the vehicle was involved in the shooting.

No other information was released.
