One Hillsborough County farm that's popular each autumn is in bloom this spring. Among the baby cattle, there's something "amazing" growing just in time for Mother's Day.

Just off the dusty trail awaits a respite from the hustle and bustle.

"You can tell when people come in, they fly down the road, but whenever they leave, they are driving slower," says ranch owner Wayne Futch.

This spring, the dusty trail is still here, along with something new.

"Come and enjoy the beauty of the flowers versus plain old cover crop," Futch said.

The Hillsborough County farmer pushed out the corn maze on his family farm.

"We turned the cows in on it and now we are fattening our beef on it!" he said..

Right in time for Mother's Day weekend, Fuitch has something new growing to 6 feet tall.

"There are some that grow much taller, but you wouldn't be able to enjoy the flowers."

Single R Ranch, home to the popular Plant City "Fox Squirrel Corn Maze," now sports "Sunflowers on the Ranch."

Here, you'll discover five acres of spring blooms, ready for you to get lost in.

"Stop and smell the roses here and, like, look at nature,” said Zachary Shinneman, of Plant City.

From the air, you can see a field of sunflowers and zenias beginning to bloom. They are planted in the shape of a flower.

"On the aerial view, the helicopter just pasted by, we should get some good pictures of that,” said sixth-grader Phillip Futch.

While Phillip isn't a master gardener yet, he will teach you how to rope a steer this weekend.

You can also play corn hole and race the ducks.  All you have to do is line up your rubber duckies and then pump water from a reservoir to send them swimming. There's also a nature hike where spotting baby cows is guaranteed.

"Basically, everything that's on the rainbow," Phillip concludes on the colors found in his father's pasture of dreams.  It's a spring festival that's ready to bloom into a new tradition.

NOTE: "Sunflowers on the Ranch" takes place May 2-3, May 9-10, May 16-17 only. Take your camera, as all the flowers will be perfect for family photos.
