One person was killed in a head-on collision Monday morning involving a semi-truck and another vehicle in DeLeon Springs.
The crash happened around 10 a.m. at the intersection of Dawson Brown Road and U.S. Highway 17.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of the vehicle was traveling north on US-17 and drove into the path of the semi-truck that was traveling south.
The name of the man who was killed has not been released. Troopers said the driver of the semi-truck suffered minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
