A semi-truck hauling construction debris crashed with a pickup truck Friday morning on SR 441 in Mt. Dora and overturned.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Sadler Avenue. The northbound lanes were closed for more than thre hours as crews worked to clean up the debris and fuel that spilled.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver of the pickup truck was transported to Florida Hospital Waterman.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
