A man was arrested overnight for smashing a window at the Orange County Convention Center.
Deputies said 25-year-old Michael Mitchell threw a brick through a window.
They said he was scared off when he realized there were people inside. Nothing was stolen.
Mitchell was caught a short time later while hiding in nearby bushes.
He was booked into the Orange County Jail on burglary and criminal mischief charges.
