Lake County deputies are asking for the public's help as they investigate an armed robbery at a Eustis convenience store.
Deputies responded just before midnight to the Kangaroo Express at 19516 State Road 44. The clerk reported the suspect entered the store with a black and red backpack and pointed a handgun at him while demanding money.
After obtaining cash from the clerk, the suspect fled the store, deputies said.
The suspect is described to be 5-feet-9 with a thin build. He was wearing a black hoodie-style jacket with a red bandana covering his face, gloves, jeans and sandals.
Deputies said the suspect's description matches the description of a suspect in an armed robbery at a Leesburg convenience store.
