A manatee that was rescued by SeaWorld Orlando in Alabama earlier this year was returned to the waters of Crystal River Tuesday.

The manatee, named Magnolia, was rescued from the Magnolia River in Alabama in early January after being found injured and suffering from cold stress.

Magnolia underwent care and rehabilitation at SeaWorld Orlando for care and rehabilitation.

So far in 2015, SeaWorld Orlando has rescued 24 manatees.  A total of 25 manatees rescued this year and last year have been returned to their natural environment.
