Ormond Beach police are investigating after a vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian crossing the road in Volusia County.
It happened just before 7 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Nova Road and Moreland Boulevard.
The pedestrian died at the scene.
Police have yet to release the victim’s gender or identity, nor the driver’s name.
