Deputies in Sumter County are looking for a suspect who attempted to rob a bank in The Villages Tuesday afternoon.
The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office said a man passed a note to a teller demanding money and implied he had a weapon but never displayed one.
After a short period deputies said the suspect left the bank without any money and drive off in a white vehicle.
