This special edition of Florida on a Tankful will leave you hungry.

A sneak peek at new food options coming to theme parks is hard work.

Fried. Frozen. Fun.

"It's the greatest thing ever," said Mike Pollard, with Classic Cookie, while staring at frozen cookie dough.

Sink your teeth into the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Expo (IAAPA). Along 9 miles of aisles, you'll find new what's new for your taste buds next time you visit a theme park.

"We're going to have you make your own pastry," a Beaver Tails employee said.

Judging by the line, Beaver Tails are pretty popular.

Once dressed in an apron, it's time to find how the Canadian-based company turns mounds of raw dough into fried delicacies.

Once stretched, it's time for the fryer.

Then you dip the stretched dough into a vat of bubbling oil. Soon, the tails are ready for a cinnamon sugar bath.

The end result is a "slice of heaven," according to Beaver Tails CEO Pino Di Ioia.

"Our most popular ... range from the decadent, which is the chocolate hazelnut, to the cinnamon sugar," Di Ioia said.

All kids like hot dogs, right?

"That's good," said Bobby Sena, a Florida-based Scholastic Kids Press reporter covering IAAPA. "This is really good."

Sena is testing a Honolulu Hot Dog with the secret sauce.

"What you eat on the grill, but adding that Hawaiian 'tropicalness' with pineapples and the mango," Sena said.

With the holidays around the corner, Pollard has an idea.

"It's totally safe to eat raw," he said.

His cookie dough is on the menu year-round and branded "incrEDIBLE Dough." There are no eggs in these bite-sized nuggets of cookie dough.

"It's more fun on a stick," says a gentleman eating a frozen banana on a stick.

And, let's be honest: There's nothing you can't find on a stick here. Bananas, waffles and now funnel cake on a stick.

"The most delicious thing you've ever had," said Funnel Sticks co-owner Tomi Newberry.

Note: More than 30,000 people visited Orlando for the week-long trade show. Although the show ends Friday, it wasn't open to the public.
