A man was electrocuted while working on a boat dock at the site of the HGTV Dream Home giveaway in Merritt Island, Brevard County deputies said Monday.
It happened around 2 p.m. on Utopia Circle, near South Tropical Trail.
The man, who was not immediately identified, was transported to Cape Canaveral Hospital and later pronounced dead.
Investigators said they were working to determine how it happened. Right now, they said, they believe the man was accidentally shocked.
