2 men steal $1,500 worth of handbags from Macy's in Sanford

The search is on for two men who are accused of stealing about $1,500 worth of handbags from a Macy's store in Seminole County, police said Thursday.

The incident happened around 8 p.m. Nov. 30, 2014, at the Macy's department store located at the Seminole Towne Center.

Surveillance footage shows the two suspects walking up to a table of handbags, grabbing several bags each and then running out of the store past all points of sale.

A total of five Michael Kors bags and a COACH bag were snatched from the table, a total value of $1,530.50, police said.

One suspect is described as a man in his mid-30s with a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm. The second suspect is a man in his late-20s with a goatee.
