Four documented gang members and another woman were arrested Thursday in Osceola County after a six-month-long investigation, deputies said.

Deputies with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at 209 Applewood Court, in Buenaventura Lakes, after receiving information regarding criminal activity at the residence.

The six-month investigation, conducted by the Sheriff's Office's gang unit, led deputies to the home that served as a central location for documented gang members, a report states.

Neighbors reported the gang members would make threats, and many neighbors were afraid to report crimes "for fear of repercussions," deputies said.

After a search at the home, deputies took into evidence 4 pounds of marijuana, body armor, three guns and drug paraphernalia. In addition, Osceola County Animal Services took into custody nine pit bulls that were located inside the home.

Three gang members and another woman were arrested Thursday morning. A fourth documented gang member, Jonathan Perez, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Phoenix after fleeing the area. He was arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are pending.

The four gang members, and a fifth person — a woman — who was also arrested, are as follows:
