Hundreds of people lined up at The Holy Land Experience Wednesday morning to take advantage of the annual free admission day.

The gates opened at 10 a.m. and parking was also free.

The religion-themed attraction is required to offer free admission one day each year to qualify under state law for a property-tax exemption as a religious entity.

Currently Holy Land Experience is closed for capacity. The park is letting people in as others leave. The park is open until 6 p.m.
